The Watts-Maresh Residence Completed Feb 22nd, 2022
- Updated on April 5th/6th, 2022 to change the guest room: Eventually it will be remodeled to look as pictured once they have a certain someone move in! Right now, however, it's an empty room used for storage.

The House: - Pls keep in mind that I suck at designing the outside of houses in this game, I'm still learning. Also this is a lot smaller than it looks, I just put it on a tiny lot. Also I am very proud of myself for figuring out how to make a functional balcony. There is also a small attic for storage, which is where the tiny window on the front of the house is.

They will probably be asking for help from various characters on fixing it up/making repairs before they move in!

They will be starting with limited furniture listed for each floor/outside, and accumulate the rest over time.

Click the thumbnails of the rooms below the floorplan to see them better!

First Floor Comprised of: Dining room, kitchen, guest room, guest bathroom, and sitting room. (Starting furniture: Dining table and chairs, sofa)

Second Floor Comprised of: Library/Study/Sewing Room combo, Master Bedroom (with adjoining balcony), and full bathroom. (Starting furniture: Canopy bed commissioned by Llewellyn for Rhy as a surprise, tall & short dresser set, pet bed, 2 armchairs, 1 narrow bookshelf, wooden sewing box full of supplies)

Garden and outdoor seating:
(Starting furniture: none, eventually a work table for Llewellyn's gardening gear and floral arrangements, a bench, and a table/chair set)
Flowers will be sparser to start, but Llewellyn intends to grow several varieties of roses and flowers including: Red and gold hybrid tea roses (specially worked on/grown for Rhy), fuchsia climbing noisette roses, La Marne rose hedges, red heirloom rosebush, Harison Yellow Rose under the windows, camellias (special for Inesa wanting to make tea), sunflowers, carnations, pink and yellow evening primrose, crocuses, red begonias, mixed lupins, violets, foxglove, and tulips

The old tree seems to have songbirds nesting in it, so they don’t have the heart to remove it. The stump near the house remains as the hollowed out inside makes an excellent little hideaway for a certain little hound.
